You can return item purchased on brioni.com within 30 days of the delivery date, except for fragrance:
Login into the My Account section and click on "Orders and Returns"
Select the order and the item you wish to return by clicking on “Request a Return”, indicating the reason for returning
Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included.
Pack the items either in its original parcel or in another rigid carton box.
Slide the pre-paid FedeEx label inside the plastic sleeve and stick it over the prior delivery information.
Contact FedEx (www.FedEx.com) to arrange the pick-up of you parcel wherever you wish.
The Brioni pre-paid label only allows to return items from the original destination country of your purchase.
If your return does not meet the above mentiones conditions, the parcel will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
We usually process returns within 3 business days of their arrival at Brioni; once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request your reimbursement and send you a confirmation e-mail.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used.
Credit Card: our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation e-mail. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the credit card issuer.
PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Acceptance Confirmation e-mail.
