Edvard Ingjald Moser

Edvard Ingjald Moser is a Norwegian psychologist and neuroscientist, and a scientific member of the highly prestigious Max Planck Institute for Neurobiology, Germany.
Moser was the co-recipient of The Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 2014, for work identifying the place cells that make up the brain’s positioning system.
He is also the Founding Director of the Centre for the Biology of Memory, Norway, a Research Council-funded Centre of Excellence.
