Milan, April 2013 – Brioni takes part in the Milan Furniture Fair with a Su Misura (made to measure) project.
Brioni puts the spotlight on the brand’s long craftsmanship tradition for Su Misura suits. The windows of its Milan store will be dressed with an installation designed in-house to display the “Brioni Su Misura by Collier Schorr” film by the American artist.
Black and white images show the various stages of making a Su Misura suit, shedding a contemporary light on the creative process; the fabric brushes against the body, sensually enveloping it, bringing to life the epitome of male elegance, the suit.
“Brioni puts all of its passion into personalizing the Su Misura suit,” declared managing director Francesco Pesci, “Each piece made is a masterpiece of the tailoring tradition, a real work of art, and as such we want to showcase that in our store window, putting it in the spotlight.”
The installation will be on public display April 9th to 14th at the Brioni store at Via Gesù 3, Milan.
